Health and Nutrition

The important of health for humans is that maintaining them prevent their sense of pain, maintains their energy, physical, mental abilities and that a person who enjoys full health is more capable  of producing,  distinguishing and creative than a person who has a lack of health .

So in the short term plan we trying to focus on improving the malnutrition awareness  of those vulnerable communities in the Whole Sudan,  by providing them with food aid and nutritional status information to avoid the spread of the syndrome in the near future.

Agriculture

It's important programs for sustainable development to end hunger, it's also considered really promotion of food security,  cultivating  plants, livestock and also very useful in ecosystems.

Wash

AFO is seeking to rehabilitate damage water systems,  providing water-treatment  tanks, establishment of hygiene facilities, as well as distributing menstrual hygiene product's.

About us

AFO is A non-profit and non-governmemtal Organization,  established in Sudan 2022 in Central Darfur State-Zalingei,  the branch quarters is Alhasahisa North, near to the Abubakar primary school and the main office in the jebel Marra Base in Golo locality.


What we do



we provide humanitarian services to vulnerable communities through programs in health, education, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), agriculture, food security and livelihoods, child welfare, women empowerment, environmental protection, human protection, social development, and camp management.

Projects

The African Friendship Organization (AFO) in partnership with Catholic Relief and offers awareness sessions on healing of psychological trauma. For displaced persons and the host community in the Locality of Central Darfur State  Bardani village

There is a lot that happens around the world we cannot control. We cannot stop earthquakes, we cannot prevent droughts, and we cannot prevent all conflict, but when we know where the hungry, the homeless and the sick exist, then we can help.

We provide dedicated support to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Alfashir, with a particular focus on those residing in the Zamzam, Abushok, and Nevasha Camps. Our efforts aim to address the immediate needs and improve the living conditions of individuals and families affected by displacement in these specific areas.
